What I’ve Learned
Talk therapy gave me skills: labeling, describing, relating, expressing. Helpful and practical — but sometimes incomplete. Expressive arts opened another doorway, connecting me with the body, imagination, and unconscious in ways words can’t always reach.
Through both paths I’ve become more connected, confident, and self-directed — and less weighed down by worry, doubt, or isolation.
Why This Approach for You
I share this because many people arrive here carrying confusion, self-doubt, or simply seeking a fresh way to reconnect with themselves. Inner World Building offers that space. It invites you to explore and discover meaning in ways beyond words, opening pathways to healing, clarity, and confidence.
My Training & Background
I’ve trained across sport, psychology, and expressive arts. Highlights include:
Professional Soccer – Learned discipline, creativity, resilience, and the emotional highs and lows of performance.
Sports-Based Youth Development – Coached and mentored young athletes, discovering the power of play and relationships.
Sport Psychology – Formal training in building mental skills like confidence, focus, and emotional regulation.
Clinical Psychology – Doctoral training with a focus on relational psychotherapy.
Expressive Arts & Sandplay – Advanced training in non-verbal, symbolic, and depth-oriented approaches to healing.
Today, I blend psychology, relational depth, creative exploration, and insights from my diverse experiences into Inner World Building — helping clients grow confidence, connection, and self-awareness through play and symbolic expression.
