Three Ways To Build

For Personal Growth

Sometimes it's hard to put into words what's going on inside-and talking only goes so far. Inner World Building uses sand and objects to help you see your inner experience in a new way, through a collaborative process of exploration, expression, and insight.

We make space for what shows up, build a connection with what's emerging, and, when it's useful, turn it into practical guidance and clearer awareness.

The goal is simple: more clarity, more ease, and a stronger sense of yourself. Start with a single session and see if it's a fit for you.

For Athletes

If you've ever felt stuck in your head, tight under pressure, or off your game and couldn't explain why-this is for that.

Inner World Building uses sand, objects, and simple setups to make what's going on beneath the surface easier to see and understand.

You explore what shows up, with space to let it unfold-and when it's useful, we connect it to practical tools you can apply directly in your sport.

The goal is simple: play with more clarity, confidence, and freedom-especially when it matters most.

Whether you're returning or trying it for the first time, the studio is open for you. Once per month on Sunday afternoons. Email for next availability.

About the Guide

World Building is a hands-on, creative process that helps you discover and work with parts of yourself that words alone can’t reach.  My own journey began as a professional athlete, where I saw how play, relationships, and creativity can shape confidence and well-being. Later, through psychology training and work with athletes and individuals, I found that Sandplay—what I call Inner World Building—offers a powerful way to explore and grow. It blends structure with openness, making space for insight, healing, and change. Today, I combine this practice with my background as a licensed psychologist and experience in sport to support people in building confidence, resilience, and deeper self-connection.

What Is This Work?

Inner World Building is a creative, hands-on process that takes place in a sandtray using figures and symbols. It invites you to step away from words and enter a quieter, more intuitive way of exploring what matters to you. The process has a rhythm and structure, while also leaving room for unexpected discoveries to emerge. These discoveries often bring fresh perspective, confidence, and a greater sense of connection to yourself. Unlike traditional talk-only approaches, Inner World Building blends play, imagination, and reflection to access deeper layers of experience. The work is gentle but powerful, supporting both healing and growth.
